SALINA – Ortencia Martinez-Zaragoza, 68, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. She was born to Alfredo Martinez and Maria De Los Angeles Mendiola on October 10, 1953.

She is preceded in death by her father and stepfather, Crecencio Mendiola G.

Ortencia is survived by her mother, Maria De Los Angeles Mendiola; son, Luis Alberto Martinez; daughter, Antonia Lili Martinez-Furgison; brothers, Jose Santos Matinez and Pedro Mendez; sister, Gracie Hayden; grandchildren, Arturo Martinez, Stephanie and Junior Tinay, Angela Furgison, Sophie Martinez, and Adel Martinez; great-grandchildren, Chandler, Norah and Charlee.

Visitation and Rosary will be held from 2-8 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022 at Sacred Heart Cathedral 118 N. 9th St., Salina. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30th at Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
