Patricia Ellen Chavez, 59, of Salina, died Monday, October 25, 2021.  She was born September 17, 1962,  in Topeka, Kansas.  Her parents were Robert Jay Kissick and Beverlee Kissick.  She had one brother, Todd Kissick, Phoenix, AZ.  She graduated from Lincoln High School, Lincoln, KS in 1980.  Her children are Nickolas Grace, Rosendo Chavez, and Sara Vargas; grandchildren, Destiny Grace, Joey Grace, Damian Grace, Drezden Swank; grandparents, Evert and Velma Hartzell, Sarah and Clarence Jay Krissick.

Grandparents were Evert and Velma Hartzell, as well as, Sarah and Clarence Jay Kissick.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Ryan Mortuary, graveside will begin at 1 p.m. in Prairie Mound Cemetery, Ellsworth.

Memorials may be made to Salvation Army, in care of Ryan Mortuary.
