Patricia Mae (Reeve) Walters, died peacefully on Saturday, September 2, 2023, after a long illness surrounded by love at the age of 86.  She was born July 4, 1937, to Harold and Eva Reeve in Bakersfield, CA, the oldest of six children.

Pat was an avid quilter all her life.  She enjoyed any kind of craft she could sew, knit, and crochet.  She was an original member of the silver needle quilting group in Salina.  Pat was known to quilt baby blankets and lap quilts.  She donated to the women’s shelter.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents; brothers, Billie Joe Reeve and Jimmy Reeve; sister, Helen Karagin; daughters, Angela Kay Nagy and Theresa Urton; grandson, Ronnie Urton.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Terry Walters, of Enterprise; daughters, Jataner Lyne and Elizabeth Markle; brother, Harold Reeve of Lane, KS; sister, Dee Lombard, of Higginville, MO; grandchildren, Mandy, Shawn, Donavan, Phillip, Christopher, Becky, Zach, Michael, Joshua; and many great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express our gratitude to the nurses of Dickinson County Hospice and to the staff at Enterprise Estates for the loving care that Pat received in her final days.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2023 at Ryan Mortuary.  Burial will follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
