Paul Micheal Vance, 67, of Salina, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021. He was born October 20, 1954, in Junction City, Kan.
Paul worked for Union Pacific for 20 years before retirement from an injury.
Paul married Gail (Pflughoeft) Roehrman and would spend 21 years loving her and building an amazing life together with their joined families.
Paul was very patriotic and loved his country. He loved being with his children and grandchildren, joining them and his many friends in numerous adventures like going to the lake, playing at the sand dunes and many more. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Sacred Heart High School, and a member of Brookville Rounder Rodeo for 23 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Cecilia (Zurmely) Vance; brother, Gene Vance; and wife, Gail Vance.
Survivors include his son, Dustin Vance; daughter, Angela Allton; stepchildren, Stephanie Roehrman (fiancé Kevin), Chad Roehrman (Jennifer) and Erin Suelter (Todd); brothers, Rick Vance, Dale Vance, David Vance (Donna); sister, Theresa (Pat Prendergast); sister-in-law, Rhonda Vance; seventeen grandkids; seven great-grandkids; and many other loving family members.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
