Phyllis A. Winters passed away peacefully on July 10, 2024, in Salina, KS.
She is survived by granddaughter Jamie Harrall (David) and great-granddaughter Olivia of Salina, grandson Jesse Winters of Salina and great-grandson Jaydee Mcmillan of Beloit, sister Sharon Strobel (Eldon) of Ness City, brother-in-law Damon Dipman of Holly, CO, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins. Widow of John A. Winters who preceded her in death in 1975. Phyllis is also proceeded in death by both son Ray Winters and Phil Winters, sister Betty Dipman, and brother Ray Mudd.
Phyllis retired in 1999 after 34 years at Salina Supply. She was active in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Children’s Service League, a health care worker, nanny, and bank courier. She wore many hats but caring for those around her was what she took most pride in. Phyllis had many hobbies including sewing, quilting, genealogy, and baking.
There will be no service per Phyllis’ wishes, although, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
