Ramon Bonilla, 75, of Salina, Kan., passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024. He was born on April 30, 1949, in Zacapu, Michoacan, Mexico, to Fidel and Agita (Mora) Bonilla.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Nathalie (Mesa) Bonilla; son, Richard Vargo (Darnell); grandchildren, Blake Vargo (Amber), Makayla Twehous (Logan), Madison Head (Darrin), and Morgan Waggoner (Mike); great-granddaughter, Karsyn Head; sisters, Patricia and Letia; brother, Fidel; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Linda Vargo; and his brothers and sisters.
A Rosary prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 118 N 9th St, Salina. A graveside burial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, at Kanopolis Cemetery, Ave L, Kanopolis, Kan.
Memorials may be made in Ramon’s honor to the Salina Rescue Mission, care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
