Raymond O. Swisher, 84, of Salina, passed away, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Salina Regional Health Center.

Ray was born in Culver, Kansas on October 26, 1933 to Mildred (Humpert) Swisher and Paul Swisher.

Ray was an avid sportsman, lover of all animals, car enthusiast, loved working in his yard, and being with his family.

Ray worked in the car industry for many years and retired on January 16, 2016.

Ray is survived by his wife Shirley of the home, son David Swisher, daughter Debbie Dennis, daughter-in-law Tena Swisher and beloved canine friend Daisy.

His grandchildren include Alissa Dennis (Derek Wood), Morgan Olson (Jason Olson), Sarah Dennis, Driston Swisher, and Michael Dennis, great grandchildren, Cale, Jace, and Dane Wood.

Ray was preceded in death by his mother Mildred Swisher, father Paul Swisher, grandchildren, Jordan Wallace Fuller and Joshua David Swisher.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 pm, Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel 1920 E. Crawford, Salina.

Burial will follow in Roselawn Heights Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to join at the Chapel for refreshments afterword’s.
