Rodney Lewis Smith, 56, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Friday, June 26th, 2020.
Rodney was born in San Jose, California on June 16, 1964, a son of the late Betty Raye (Wright) Nelson.
He was the Co-owner and operator of Specialist Unlimited, a volunteer firefighter with SCFD#2, avid hunter and lover of all things outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Aimee Giroux-Smith; daughter, Tiffany Benson (Matt); son, Ryan Smith; granddaughter, Renley Benson; sisters, Jennifer Finn, Gwendolyn Smith; brothers, Bobby Smith (Theresa), Stephen Smith, Donny Totten (Tara); and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother; father in law, Gerald Giroux; brothers in law, Norman Giroux and Bob Finn.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 10th at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina, Kansas. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Salina, Kansas.
Donations may be made to Saline County Rural Fire District #2, in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, Kansas 67401.
