Shirley Elizabeth Lindgren, 87, of Lindsborg, Kansas, passed away Thursday, September 19th, 2024.
Shirley was born in Salina, Kansas on January 30, 1937, a daughter of Kathaleen Beryl (Hunter) Brunsell and Ralph S. Redden.
On May 19, 1955, Shirley married Theodore “Ted” Lindgren in Derby, Kansas.
Shirley sold Fuller Brush for many years and worked part time as a cook at Great Plains. She helped her husband with construction and was the owner of SEL Container Fabrication. Shirley and Ted enjoyed fishing in their free time and were members of the Assaria Vikings camping club.
Survivors include her husband, Ted Lindgren; two sons Larry Lindgren (Katherine), of Assaria, Kansas; Robert “Bob” Lindgren (Karen), of Hutchinson, Kansas.
She is also survived by grandchildren, Joshua, Luke (Joselyn), Kristoff, Kyle, Ben, Kjersten; and 5 great grandchildren.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Keith Redden.
