Stanley Wayne Webb

Stanley Wayne Webb, 73, of Minneapolis Kansas, passed away on January 15th peacefully at home.

Stanley was born on January 9th, 1948 to the late Gerald and Helen Webb in Solomon KS. Stanley graduated from Solomon High School in 1966. After graduation he started his successful career as machinist at Federal-Mogul. Stan met Barbara Johnson in 1967 and they wed on September 4th 1970. Stanley went on to work at A & B Machinery and then opened Webb Auto in Bennington and eventually retiring from K-Tron in Salina, Kansas.

Stanley and Barb were blessed with three children, Russell, Tammy and Jennifer. Stanley was a proud provider for his family. He was most proud of his four grandchildren, Brauer, Talyn, Jackson and Bennett for which he kept laughing with his cheesy jokes and tall tales.

Stan was a passionate woodworker and had an ability to create anything out of wood. He could often be found in his workshop creating treasures for family and friends.

Stanley was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Dudley and a brother, Kenny Webb.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Webb, of the home; son, Russell (Joyce) Webb of Minneapolis; daughters, Tammy (Rob) Jilka of Bennington, and Jennifer (Tyson) Markham of Raymore, Missouri. His 4 grandchildren, Brauer, Talyn, Jackson and Bennett; and his siblings, Gary Webb, Connie Watson, Robert Webb, Dennis Webb, Danny Webb and his beloved best friend, Buddy.

Cremation has been chosen.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 21, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina.

Graveside Services will be Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Bennington Cemetery, Bennington, Kansas.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks are required at all events.
