Tad Allen Dooley, 62, of Galva, Kansas, passed away at 9:02 a.m., Monday, January 8th, 2018 while in the company of family members, at KU Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas.

Tad was born in Anniston, Alabama on December 23, 1955, a son of Donna Marie (Spradlin) and Joe Allen Dooley.

Tad attended and graduated from Laverne High School in Laverne, Oklahoma in 1974.

Through the years Tad worked for Reimer Ford, Wallace Chevrolet and Midway Motors in McPherson, Kansas.

Tad enjoyed watching movies, anything to do with cars and spending time with his family.

Tad was united in marriage to Mary Jo Arrigenna on February 10, 1980 at Galveston, Texas. The young couple established their first home together in Buffalo, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his parents, his wife Mary Jo Dooley, of Galva, Kansas; his children Michele Peres, of Las Vegas, Nevada and Josh Peres, of Galva, Kansas; his parents Joe and Donna Dooley, Edmond, Oklahoma; his brother Dana Dooley and his wife Mary, of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Aleah Peres and Aiden Peres.

Tad was preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother Joel Dooley

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church.

The Funeral service will be held at the First Christian Church, McPherson, Kansas, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 15th, 2018 with Pastor Lynn Scott officiating.

Burial will be at a later time at the McPherson Cemetery, McPherson, Kansas.
