Theresa Marie Wisbey, 82, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024.  She was born on February 1, 1941 in Concordia, KS to Levi and Marie (Breault) Bouley.

Theresa graduated from Notre Dame Catholic High School in 1959.  She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone as an operator before graduating.  Theresa married Gary Dyson Wisbey from Glasco, KS on April 8, 1961 and to this union birthed five children.  After raising four children, she continued working at Southwestern Bell as a temporary part-time clerk.  When the temporary part-time position ended, she sought other employment and was hired as a Saline County employee where she retired as a Saline County Clerk.

Theresa’s family always came first and thoroughly enjoyed attending her children’s activities.  In addition, she enjoyed painting, cooking, collecting calendars, and miniature figurines.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Freda and Marcella; sons, Douglas and Daniel.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; sons, Steven (Nicole) and Eric; daughter, Leslie (Wisbey) Wise, all of Salina; grandchildren, Douglas Wisbey, Trenton Wisbey, Dyson Wisbey, Mallorie Wisbey, Macie Wisbey and Mackenzie Wisbey.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2024.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday January 25th all at Ryan Mortuary.  Burial will follow at St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia, KS.
