Tyler Terry Rhea passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2022 at the age of 27 in San Antonio, TX.
Tyler was born on February 23, 1995. He graduated from Salina South High School in 2013. He attended Washburn University for two years before entering the Army in 2015. He served in the military for five years before moving to San Antonio, Texas to finish his college career.
Tyler was very athletic throughout his life and passionate about politics, guns and his family. He was an amazing chef and outstanding mixologist. He was the sweetest, kindest, most loving soul and joy to be around. He was very protective of the people he loved. His smile and laugh are forever etched in our minds and hearts and we will feel his absence forever.
Tyler is survived by Tammy Bosco, Mom – Paul Bosco, Dad; Tracy Rhea, Father – Jenn Rhea Richie Rhea, Brother – Valerie Rhea; Antonia Webb, Sister – Nick Webb; Luke Bosco, Brother; Kaylie Webb – Niece; Elena Webb – Niece; Connor Webb – Nephew; Gene Hopkins – Grandpa; Carmen Weems – Grandma (deceased); Brenda & Barney Woodard – Grandparents; Terry & Diane Rhea – Grandparents; Pop-Pop & Yvonna Bosco – Grandparents; RJ & Sherry Bosco – Uncle/Aunt; Lisa & Bob Billingsley – Aunt/Uncle; Heidi Sellens – Aunt; Laura Rhea – Aunt. Many more cousins, aunts, uncles and chosen family members.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Also, a Celebration of Life and reception will be held at the Kansas National Guard Training Ctr/Starbase, 2929 Scanlan Dr, Salina, KS, at 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 15. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, July 14, 2022, from 4 until 8 p.m.
