Vincent Jerome Pistora, 91, of Salina, passed away November 27, 2020. He was born October 8, 1929. He was raised in rural Westfall to parents Frank and Amelia (Jilka) Pistora.

He graduated from Beverly Rural High School, served in the U.S. Navy and was sworn in by friend Captain Don Ross, of Beverly. Vincent was married for more than 50 years to Margaret Abell originally from the Barnard/Tescott area. He was a machinist and retired from Exline in Salina. He is a member of the Trinity Lutheran church in Salina.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Amelia (Jilka) Pistora Sr.; wife, Margaret (Abell) Pistora; son Billy Stock; brothers Benjamin Pistora and Frank Pistora Jr; sister, Edna Suelter.

Survivors include his children, Michael Stock of Goodland, Ernie (Anna) Stock of Topeka, Roxyann (Doug) Pruitt of Beloit, and Sally (Brian) Keeler of Gypsum; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, December 7, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11, with funeral services to follow at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
