School bus drivers in Hutchinson are getting a pay bump.

The Hutchinson School Board has approved the increase after the school district requested a six-point-one percent pay increase.

Officials say the pay raise will help Durham School Services stay competitive in hiring drivers, mechanics and administrative staff.
