A man from Ohio attempted to cross North 9th Street last night and was struck by a vehicle.
Martti Brannlund, 41 of Ohio, was crossing eastbound on 2100 block of North 9th Street at 7:00PM last night when he was struck by a 2007 Dodge Caravan travelling southbound.
The driver of the vehicle was not cited.
