A Salina man was arrested in connection to a home invasion and assault that took place back in September.
Captain Mike Sweeeny tells KSAL News that 28-year-old Thaddeus Hopkins was arrested Thursday and is now facing charges that include battery, aggravated assault and robbery for his part in a crime at a home in the 300 block of South College.
Police allege that on September 23rd, Hopkins and another man entered a home in the 300 block of South College, pistol whipped the resident and left with $3,000 in cash and a cell phone.
Police are still looking for a suspect who is described as a white male.
Police say the victim, a male in his 30’s suffered abrasions on his head and face.
