Vandals damage structures at Oakdale Park in Salina.

Police report someone used a can of red paint to spray words and letters on exterior walls of a restroom near the south end of the park.

The damage occurred sometime between Tuesday at 5pm and Thursday morning around 8am.

Police say a trash can and electrical junction box on a shelter house were also painted.

Damage is estimated at $500.
