Today is the deadline to register to vote in next month’s Kansas primary.

Kansans will go to the polls to pick their party’s candidates for the U-S House and Senate elections, along with the governor’s race and other state offices.

Voters will also decide whether or not to approve an amendment to the state constitution that would allow abortion restrictions in Kansas. In-person early voting begins next Monday, with Election Day scheduled for August Second.
