An employee at a Kansas prison is dead from COVID-19 related complications.

Officials say that a Lansing Correctional Facility staff member died on Monday.

The man, who was over the age of 60, is the first staff member to die from the COVID-19 outbreak at the prison.

More than 750 people at the prison have tested positive for the Coronavirus.
