Salina Police are investigating a burglary at a storage site.

Police say thieves cut the lock on a unit at Salina Mini Storage located at 401 N. Santa Fe and stole a number of remote controlled cars and parts to build and repair the radio controlled models.

Loss is listed at around $20,000.

The victim told officers he had stored his equipment there and had not checked on it since late last year.
