Time to hit the road to help the rhinos at Rolling Hills Zoo.

“They are endangered and they’re beautiful, wonderful creatures and we are raising money for them,” said Tracy Allen, Sales and Events Manager at Rolling Hills.

Allen joined in on the KSAL Morning News Wednesday with a reminder for listeners, that Zoo Brew is coming up Friday night from 6pm to 10pm, and a chance to ride in the first ever poker run to benefit the Zoo’s 4 rhinos that will roar down the road next weekend.

According to Allen, Rolling Hills Zoo is hosting the Rhino Rumble Poker Run on Saturday, September 10th.

Registration begins at 8am and the ride begins at 10am with an approximately 100-mile round trip that includes four stops along the way.

Prizes include packages to the Kansas Speedway, a weekend package to see the Wichita Thunder and a Family Membership to Rolling Hills Zoo.

Early registration is $20 and day of is set at $25.
