A road rage incident on I-135 leads to the arrest of a Salina man on Saturday.
According to Saline County Undersheriff Roger Soldan, a couple from Falun were driving northbound on the Interstate near the rest stop in McPherson County and noticed aggressive behavior from the driver of a 2015 Dodge Dart.
They told deputies he drove beside them for a time and then pulled onto the shoulder of the road.
Moments later he allegedly sped past them and pointed a hand gun toward their vehicle.
The couple pulled off the road near Assaria, called 9-1-1 and then followed from a distance.
Deputies stopped the Dodge at about 11:20pm and found a BB-gun pistol inside the vehicle and arrested 21-year-old Seth P. Vanbruggen on two charges of aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon.
