Tools were stolen from a renovation project. Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred last week in the 1400 block of E. Beloit after thieves entered the house and stole numerous power and hand tools owned by Young Builders, 260 Smithers Street. Police say Drills, saws batteries and drywall stilts valued at over $4,700 were taken. There was no sign of forced entry.

Police report the paint on a 2003 Ford F150 was damaged sometime between March 25 and April 25. Police say someone cut a deep scratch that runs the length of the truck on the passenger side. Damage is estimated at $2,500.
