Damage to a church, and a burglary at a storage facility highlight Monday’s Salina police log.
Sometime between noon on Friday and 9:00 in the morning on Saturday, glass on a front door at the 1st Christian Church Disciples of Christ at 2727 E. Crawford in Salina damaged. A blunt object was used to break the tinted, tempered glass. Damage is estimated at $600.
Sometime between 10:00 Saturday night and 10:00 Sunday morning items were stolen from a storage unit at 400 N. 9th Street. Missing items include a bag with hand-tools and a cordless drill in it, and also a bag with clothing in it. There was no sign of forced entry. Total loss is estimated at $700.
