Kansas Governor Laura Kelly’s veto of a tax cut package is upheld.

The Kansas Senate fell one vote short yesterday in an attempt to override Kelly’s veto of a tax cut package worth 520-million-dollars.

Kelly noted that the tax cut package was too expensive, and she instead offered a tax cut proposal worth 433-million-dollars per year.
