A Brookville man was arrested in connection with an incident in Salina back in December in which a shot was fired.

Police say that 21-year-old Torionn Smith was arrested Tuesday on a warrant.

Smith is accused of firing one shot from a handgun during a disturbance outside the Muse Ballroom.  The handgun was recovered, as was a shell casing in the parking lot and a live round in Smith’s car.

The alleged incident happened on December 18th.

Smith could face charges that include criminal possession of a firearm.
