Salina South will present the musical All Shook Up January 31, February 1, and 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Salina South High auditorium.
Inspired by and featuring the songs of Elvis Presley, All Shook Up takes place in 1955 in a square little town in a square little state, where one girl’s dream and a surprise visit from mysterious leather-jacketed, guitar-playing stranger help this small town to discover the magic of romance and the power of rock & roll. This hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy will have you jumping out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”
Courtney White plays Natalie, the young girl mechanic who falls for Santiago Vasquez as the hip-swiveling motorcycle riding stranger who comes to town.
