Thousands Cast Ballots in Advance

Thousands of Kansas voters are casting ballots in advance of next Tuesday’s primary election.

The Kansas Secretary of State’s Office says as of yesterday morning, more than 109-thouand people had cast a ballot in-person or by mail.

Saline County Master Clerk and Elections Officer Jamie Doss reported earlier this week that over 1,500 votes had been mailed in or dropped off ahead of the July 30 deadline.
